RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Every physical product in this store is printed and produced to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Because of that, our policy is split by product type.
Digital products (PDF journals, audio files, printables)
Digital products are delivered instantly by email after purchase. By completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel once the download or access has begun.Digital products are therefore non-refundable once delivered, in the UK, the EU and everywhere else. This applies the moment access begins. If a download link fails or a file is corrupted, email support@gmbadass.com and we will resend or replace it free of charge.
Physical products (journals, mugs, posters and other merch)
Damaged, defective or wrong item: email support@gmbadass.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of both the item and the shipping label. We will send a free replacement or, where required by law, a full refund. You do not need to return the damaged item. Claims made after 30 days, without the required photos, or where the damage appears deliberate or inconsistent with transit, cannot be accepted.
Change of mind, United Kingdom and European Union customers: you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email support@gmbadass.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to the address we provide. Conditions: the item must be unused and in its original condition. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. Use a tracked service, as items lost in return transit are your responsibility and cannot be refunded. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item. Refunds cover the product price and standard delivery cost only. Any expedited shipping charge is not refunded. No refund is issued until the returned item reaches us. Refunds are then issued within 14 days of us receiving the item back, to your original payment method.
Change of mind, all other countries: because every item is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns, cancellations or exchanges outside the UK and EU, except where your local law specifically requires otherwise. Please check all details before ordering.
Wrong or incomplete address: it is your responsibility to enter a correct delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us or lost because the address was wrong or incomplete, any reshipment is at your cost. We cannot refund orders lost due to an incorrect address.
Exchanges: we do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, place a new order.
Refund timing: approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
