SHIPPING POLICY
Digital products are delivered instantly by email. Your download links arrive within minutes of purchase. Check your spam folder if nothing arrives, then email support@gmbadass.com and we will resend.
Every physical product is printed to order. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days before shipping.
Estimated delivery times after production:
United States: 5 to 10 business days. Paperback journals can take 10 to 20 business days in total including production.
United Kingdom: 3 to 7 business days. Paperback journals can take 10 to 20 business days in total including production.
Rest of world: 10 to 21 business days depending on destination.
All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing and busy periods can extend delivery and do not qualify for refunds.
Orders enter production quickly. Once an order is in production it cannot be changed or cancelled, except where your statutory rights apply.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves production. Items from the same order may ship separately from different production facilities and arrive at different times.
Wrong address: you are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Orders returned or lost due to an address error you provided will only be reshipped at your cost. If you notice a mistake, email support@gmbadass.com immediately and we will try to correct it before production begins.
Lost or stuck orders: if your tracking has not moved for 10 business days or your order is well past the estimated delivery window, email support@gmbadass.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right.
Customs and import duties: orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
